Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we welcome spring we are reminded that another school year will soon be over, and the final weeks of school are a time of many special events and celebrations for our students and their

Many of those events are held in our High School Auditorium. However, the auditorium stage is scheduled to be renovated as part of the Capital Project approved by voters in 2014. Work must
begin in early June in order to be completed by September, so several events have been rescheduled to take place before those renovations begin. Other events have been moved to alternative venues.

Here are the changes to the spring schedule:

Date Time Event  Venue
May 30 7:00p.m.  NHS Induction Cermony   High School Auditorium
May 31 7:00 p.m.  Grade 5 Spring Concert  High School Auditorium
June 2 6:30 p.m. Grade 8 Moving-Up  High School Auditorium
June 5 7:00 p.m. High School Scholarship Night  White Wolf
 June 8 5:30 p.m. Honor Roll Banquet
High School Honors Award
High School Cafeteria
 June 16 9:30a.m. Grade 5 Moving-Up High School Gym
June 19 9:00 a.m Kindergarten Celebration High School Gym

High School Graduation will be June 23rd at 6:30 p.m. on our football field, as originally scheduled. But we always need a back-up plan in case of inclement weather. This year, our rain location is the Paul Gerry Fieldhouse at Sullivan County Community College (SCCC). The District will offer bus transportation from Ellenville High School to SCCC, and the Fieldhouse is large enough to accommodate everyone who would like to attend. Students will rehearse at the Fieldhouse on June 22nd at 9 a.m.

If you have any questions, please contact your building principal. I look forward to celebrating our students' many achievements and accomplishments with you.
