Dear Ellenville Families and Staff,
The District has become aware that one of its security attendants was arrested yesterday by the New York State Police for a non-school related offense.
In the abundance of caution, the District, in cooperation with law enforcement, has begun an administrative investigation into the underlying conduct of the arrest. During the course of the investigation, the employee has been placed on administrative leave.
The safety of our students and staff continue to remain our top priority.
