Exterior Brick

Exterior brick

Aged exterior brick is crumbling and is no longer weather-tight. The highest priority masonry issues will be repointed, creating a weather-proof seal to prevent building damage.

Elementary School Bathrooms

Non-accessible bathrooms at the Elementary School will be updated to be ADA compliant. End-of-life plumbing and sanitary piping at the High School will be replaced.

High School Auditorium

High School Auditorium

The High School auditorium’s inadequate sound system will be replaced. Missing and broken seats and 30-year-old non functioning lighting will be replaced.

Middle School Gymnasium Windows

The windows in the Middle School gymnasium are original to the building. They leak, allowing rain to puddle on the gym floor, and are not efficient.

End-of-life roofs

End-of-life roofs are leaking, causing water damage and increasing the potential for more significant dangers, such as mold growth and expensive structural issues.
