The YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County is hosting Y Academy virtual learning and enrichment programs at Ellenville Elementary School. This supportive alternative to at-home learning will be offered to students in Grades K-5 on Mondays through Fridays, each day that school is in session. YMCA staff will assist students with their virtual learning. Community building, social-emotional learning, games, enrichment, and recreation will also be built into the daily schedule.

All essential health and safety guidelines will be practiced. Students will be required to bring school supplies, a laptop/Chromebook, headphones, and a water bottle, and must be dressed appropriately for outdoor play. Meals and snacks will be provided by the school district.

You may reserve a spot for your child to attend the program. The Full Day program is from 8:45am to 5pm and the Half Day program is from 12pm to 5pm. Beginning 1/25/2021, registration may be done online through the YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County website  for families not seeking financial assistance.

Ulster County Project Resilience financial aid is being offered to all families in Ellenville who want to participate in this program, which will reduce the program cost by $15. Before aid, the daily cost is $30 for the full-day program or $21 for a half-day program. For more information about Ulster County Project Resilience financial aid, please call (845) 338-3810, ext. 122.
