Thanksgiving and Project Santa 2021

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Once again, we are partnering with People’s Place, which has 3 programs that will be of help for our families during the holidays. These programs are open to any of our families who feel they need assistance this November and December:

  1. Thanksgiving Feast
  2. Project Santa
  3. Bag Holiday Hunger

To register you must fill out this     Google form by Thursday, November 4th.

You can also find the link on the District’s   Facebook and   Instagram page.

The Thanksgiving Feast provides a turkey, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, butter and pie. Pick up for the feast will take place at the United Methodist Church at 83 Canal Street on Monday, November 22rd.

Project Santa includes an age appropriate toy, game or craft, winter weather item, books and stocking stuffers for each child age 16 and under. Pick up for Project Santa will be communicated via robo call.

Bag Holiday Hunger provides breakfast, lunch & snacks for the week school is out for holiday break to any student in the district who registers.

Estimado padres y guardianes,

Una vez más, nos asociamos con People’s Place, que ofrece 3 programas para nuestras familias durante las vacaciones. Estos programas están abiertos a cualquier familia que necesite ayuda en noviembre y diciembre:

  1. Thanksgiving Feast
  2. Project Santa
  3. Bag Holiday Hunger

Para registrarse, debe completar este      formulario de Google antes del jueves, 4 de noviembre.

También puede encontrar el enlace en la página de   Facebook e   Instagram del distrito.

Thanksgiving Feast ofrece pavo, papas, salsa, relleno, maíz, ejotes, salsa de arándanos, mantequilla y pastel. La recogida para la fiesta se llevará a cabo en la Iglesia Metodista Unida en 83 Canal Street el lunes 22 de noviembre.

Project Santa incluye un juguete, juego o manualidades apropiado para la edad, artículo para el clima invernal, libros para cada niño de 16 años o menos. La recogida para Project Santa se comunicará a través de una llamada automática.

Bag Holiday Hunger ofrece desayuno, almuerzo y meriendas durante la semana en que la escuela está cerrada durante las vacaciones a cualquier estudiante del distrito que se registre.
