Dear Ellenville Junior High School Students and Families:
Greetings from Mr. Moyer! I certainly hope that the start of the school year has been positive for all of you. At this time, we are excited and preparing for our upcoming winter athletic seasons. I am reaching out to let you know that as a 7th and 8th grade student you are eligible to participate in our Modified Athletics program. For the upcoming winter 2021-2022 season we are planning to offer the following programs and teams:
- Modified Boys Basketball (Grades 7-8)
- Modified Girls Basketball (Grades 7-8)
- Modified Wrestling (Grades 7-8)
- Modified Boys and Girls Indoor Track and Field (Grades 7-8)
I am encouraging you to strongly consider joining one of our teams this winter. As you know, participation in athletics provides many benefits including improved physical fitness, wellness, and social emotional well being.
To register for one or our teams you will need to sign-up through the
FamilyID portal. For the upcoming Modified season the FamilyID portal will open on Saturday, October 23rd at 12:00 p.m. The official start date of the winter modified season is Monday, November 22nd.
