2022-2023 School's Out Financial Assistance Program
As of August 1, 2022, New York State and Ulster County are increasing access to Childcare Subsidies significantly. Many more families with much higher incomes will qualify this school year. Even if you did not previously qualify, you may now qualify under the new rules.
Under these new rules, you may be eligible for the Ulster County Childcare Assistance Program (not administered by the YMCA).
