Department of Athletics prepares for Fall 2021 Modified Sports season: Online registration open for incoming students in Grades 7-9
Dear Ellenville Junior High School Students and Families:
This is Mr. Moyer and I certainly hope that you and your family are doing well and are enjoying the summer. As we prepare for the 2021-2022 school year, I am reaching out to let you know that as an incoming 7th through 9th grade student you are eligible to participate in our Modified Athletics program. For the upcoming fall 2021 season we are planning to offer the following programs and teams:
- Modified A Football (Grades 7-8-9)
- Modified Field Hockey (Grades 7-8)
- Modified Boys Soccer (Grades 7-8)
- Modified Girls Soccer (Grades 7-8)
- Modified Girls Volleyball (Grades 7-8)
I am encouraging you to strongly consider joining one of our teams this fall. As you know, participation in athletics provides many benefits including improved physical fitness, wellness, and social emotional well being.
To register for one of our teams you will need to sign-up through the FamilyID portal. For the upcoming Modified season, the
FamilyID portal opened on Monday, August 9th. The official start date of the fall modified season is Wednesday, September 8th. If you have any questions regarding our athletics program please do not hesitate to call our office at 845-647-0134.
