To register a student, please complete the appropriate registration packet and return it to the Central Registration office. If you are unable to print these forms, please contact us.
We also need the following documents to complete your child’s enrollment in school:
Copy of Birth Certificate (or other document to show date of birth – Passport, Medical Record, School Record, etc.)
Proof of Physical Residency (See list below)
Dental Health Certificate (if available)
Custody Papers (if applicable)
Records from the previous school (if applicable)
