Grade 7 and 8 students at Ellenville Jr/Sr High School recently held their October Class Meeting. This was an opportunity to celebrate students who exemplified September's focus word—respect—as well as the student of the month and the Principal's Award recipient.
The meeting also introduced October's focus word: responsibility. Students discussed what responsibility looks like both in school and in their community. Throughout the month, students can participate in activities that demonstrate their responsibility to earn a prize at next month's meeting!
