Ellenville students from the Ulster BOCES Career Academies at iPark 87 shined at the Ulster BOCES Annual Meeting on April 9!
The event brought together Board of Education members and administrators from across Ulster County, highlighting collaboration and the impact of student-centered programs. From hands-on demonstrations to sharing powerful personal stories, our students showcased their skills, growth, and dedication.
Grade 11 P-TECH student Nisean Abney, who attends the Cisco & Cybersecurity program, described how BOCES has given him a head start in the workplace. "We're not just reading about how things work—we're configuring hardware. We're learning more about operating systems and how to keep them safe from threats."
We're proud of our students' professionalism and the bright futures they're building!
