The Ellenville Central School District is informing families of four changes to the 2026-2027 school calendar to provide dedicated professional development time for faculty and staff.
Students will have half-days on the following dates:
Tuesday, November 17, 2026
Tuesday, January 5, 2027
Tuesday, March 2, 2027
Tuesday, June 1, 2027
On these dates, students will attend school according to the following half-day schedules:
Ellenville Junior/Senior High School: 7:45-11:15 AM
Ellenville Elementary School: 8:45 AM-12:15 PM
The additional professional development time will support the District's ongoing commitment to strengthening instructional practices and ensuring that staff members have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to meet the diverse needs of all students.
The District recognizes that changes to the school calendar may require families to adjust their schedules and appreciates the school community's understanding and flexibility.
