Three Ellenville seniors were among the best and the brightest students from Ulster County who were honored during the annual Scholastic Achievement Breakfast, held at Ulster BOCES on June 8. Parents, principals, superintendents, and representatives of the County’s Boards of Education were there to celebrate the valedictorians, salutatorians, and Principal’s Award recipients from local school districts, including Ellenville. Congratulations to the following Ellenville scholars: Valedictorian Shyama Patel, who plans to attend Drexel University; Salutatorian Antonella Silva, who will be continuing her education at SUNY New Paltz; and Principal's Award recipient Nurzina Rahman, who also will be attending SUNY New Paltz.
