We will be kicking off farm-to-school this year with a scratch-made cheeseburger soup prepared with locally sourced beef! The beef is locally-sourced right here in Ulster County from Veritas Farms in New Paltz. This creative soup will be on the menu in the cafeteria this Friday, September 15! Stay tuned for more yummy local foods on the menu this year.

By sending the photos to us, you are giving us permission to post them on the District’s social media pages. Don't miss Ellenville Elementary School's PreKindergarten and Kindergarten Open House tonight, from 4-6 PM. Students and their parents/guardians are invited to come meet their teachers, visit the cafeteria, pick up their Chromebooks, and take a bus ride. An optional information session will also take place where all of your questions will be answered. We can't wait to meet our youngest Blue Devils!
