It’s that time of year again! The Ellenville Junior/Senior High School Student Council will be hosting its annual March Madness Basketball Tournament, with all proceeds benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Come out to the Senior High School gymnasium and watch the Jr/Sr High HEAT take on the Elementary SUNS on Thursday, March 21, at 6 PM. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased in advance at the Senior High School or Elementary School main offices, or by contacting Ms. Pfeffer-Burns or Tanya Allen. We hope to see you there!

Due to a scheduling conflict with our Boys Varsity Basketball team competing in the Section 9 semi-final game at Ellenville Jr/Sr High School, the following changes will take place: the Districtwide Band Concert scheduled for Tuesday, February 27, has been moved to Wednesday, February 28, at 7 PM.
Don't forget that there will be a half-day Superintendent Conference Day for Ellenville Elementary School ONLY on Wednesday, February 21. Students will be 12:15 PM. The snow date for this Conference Day is Thursday, February 22.
Reminder: The Ellenville Central School District will be closed on Monday, February 19, in honor of Presidents' Day.
February 15 is National School Resource Officer (SRO) Appreciation Day! Today we recognize our three dedicated SROs, who each serve as an important bridge between youth, law enforcement, and the community. The Ellenville Central School District appreciates the vital role these individuals play in our students’ lives. Ellenville parents: If you have not already done so, please remember to complete the Panorama School Climate Survey. The survey was sent to the primary parent/guardian's email address that was provided to the school at the time of registration. The survey will have the subject line: "Ellenville Central School District (NY) Request for Family Feedback." The survey will close on Friday, February 16, at 11:59 PM.

Ellenville Elementary School students are almost officially 100 days brighter! The young Blue Devils are invited to celebrate the 100th day of school on Friday, February 16, by wearing school colors to show off their Ellenville pride!

February 5-9 is National School Counseling Week! Sponsored by the American School Counselor Association, this annual week is designed to highlight the essential contribution of school counselors within our country’s school systems and to celebrate the tremendous impact they have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career. REMINDER! There will be a half-day Superintendent Conference Day on Tuesday, February 6. The Junior/Senior High School will be dismissed at 11:15 AM and the Elementary School will be dismissed at 12:15 PM. The snow date for this Conference Day is Wednesday, February 7.
THIS WEEKEND! The Ellenville Junior High School Drama Club will present two performances of “Matilda, Jr., The Musical!” on TONIGHT, February 2, and TOMORROW, February 3, at 7 PM, in the High School auditorium. Tickets are $6 each and can be purchased on the evenings of the performances.
