Reminder: Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, November 20, and Friday, November 21. As a result, Ellenville Elementary School students will be dismissed at 12:15 PM on both days. Ellenville Jr/Sr High School students will be dismissed at 11:15 AM on Friday only.
Families of K-12 students are invited to attend a special performance by the indie-pop band Attaboy on Monday, November 17, at 7 PM, at Ellenville Junior/Senior High School.
Attaboy is known for their upbeat school assemblies that combine high-energy performances with positive messages about mental health, bullying, and perseverance.
Students in Grades 7-12 will also experience Attaboy during a special in-school assembly on November 17.
This is a great opportunity for the whole family to enjoy an uplifting performance together. Hope to see you there!

The Ellenville Noonday Club will be hosting its 48th annual Senior Citizen Holiday Turkey Dinner on Sunday, November 16, at 1 PM in the Ellenville Junior/Senior High School cafeteria. Senior citizens are invited to come enjoy a free turkey dinner and live entertainment in celebration of the season! Seating is limited to the first 100 attendees, so reservations are encouraged. Attention, Ellenville families: All public schools in Ulster County will release students approximately 15 minutes early on Thursday, November 6. Students will be sent home early on this day as part of an annual drill that tests the evacuation procedures of each district’s Emergency Management/Disaster Preparedness Plan. The Commissioner of Education has mandated that this drill be conducted annually in all New York State public schools. Please make appropriate arrangements for the early arrival of your children that afternoon.

Check out these delicious-looking pancake rings made with whole-grain pancake batter and your choice of chocolate chips or blueberries. Join us! The Ellenville Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is excited to host its Welcome Back Meeting on Wednesday, September 17, from 6-7 PM, in the Elementary School Library. REMINDER! The Ellenville NAACP's Back to School Festival will be taking place on Saturday, August 16, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Berme Road Rock Pavilion (20 Berme Road in Ellenville). Students of all grade levels are welcome! Hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies and personal items will be distributed. There will also be a DJ, snacks, and representatives from educational support organizations and school clubs. We hope to see you there!

The Ellenville Central School District is pleased to announce that it will once again purchase school supplies for all students in Pre-K through Grade 12 for the 2025–2026 school year. Each student will receive essential classroom items, including notebooks, pencils, folders, and more. Students will only need to provide their own backpacks.
