Don't forget that the Ellenville Junior/Senior High School Student Support Services Department will be hosting a College Fair for students in Grades 7-12 on Wednesday, October 23. The event will take place in the Ellenville Senior High School gymnasium from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Students will be able to speak directly with college admissions staff, and representatives from the military will also be in attendance. This year’s honorees include Baseball star Steven Levine, Softball phenom Marcia McCombs, Wrestling standout Keith Pickell, and the 1961 Varsity Baseball team. Ellenville's 8-Man Football team defeated Pine Plains/Rhinebeck on September 20 by a score of 34-20. Pedro Bonachea scored an impressive five touchdowns to lead Ellenville to victory. He scored on runs of 58, 5, 14, 38, and 38. (Ellenville was up 22-0 at halftime!) The team is now 1-1 overall and 1-0 in Division 2. Let's wish the boys luck as they gear up to host Eldred this week!
