A big round of applause for the members of our Ellenville Basketball teams, who gave it their all during the third annual Rumble in the Valley Tournament on December 6 and 7! The Girls defeated Fallsburg on Friday with an impressive score of 72-24. Mariah Kinscy led the team with 20 points and 16 steals, while Nevaeh Ramos contributed 18 points and 8 steals. On Saturday, the Girls claimed victory in the Championship game against Tri-Valley with a score of 49-40. Ramos delivered a standout performance, recording a double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds. She also set a new career-high by scoring 5 three-pointers. Kinscy added 13 points to the effort. Special congratulations to Ramos, who was named Tournament MVP for the Girls, and to Kinscy, who earned a spot on the All-Tournament team. On the Boys' side, the Blue Devils defeated Fallsburg on Friday with a final score of 72-28. Top scorers included Malik Barrett with 14 points, Alen Ibric with 12 points, and Kwaku Boahen with 12 points. Unfortunately, the team fell to O’Neill in the Championship game the following day. Both teams showed incredible skill, teamwork, and determination—setting the tone for an exciting season ahead!

Ellenville Junior/Senior High School is pleased to announce that several teams have been named Scholar-Athlete Team Award recipients for the Fall 2024 season. To qualify for this designation, 75 percent of team members had to have a combined GPA of 90 percent or higher. Congratulations to the following teams: Varsity Boys Golf, Varsity Cross Country, Varsity Girls Soccer, Varsity Field Hockey, and Varsity Boys Soccer. We are very proud of the accomplishments of these fine student-athletes and their coaches during this recent season. Go, Blue Devils!

Parent/Teacher Conferences that were cancelled on Friday, November 22, have been rescheduled for Friday, December 6. As a result, Junior/Senior High School students will dismiss at 11:15 AM on December 6, and Elementary School students will dismiss at 12:15 PM. Teachers will be in contact with parents to reschedule conferences.

Ellenville Elementary School Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, November 21 and Friday, November 22. As a result, Ellenville Elementary School students will be dismissed at 12:15 PM on both days. Ellenville Jr/Sr High School students will be dismissed at 11:15 AM on Friday ONLY.
